3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. Inspector accounts require admin approval before activation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Payment

PipeView360 offers paid subscription plans (Base and Pro) with a 60-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected plan will automatically renew at the published rate unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

5. Inspection Reports and Data

You retain ownership of all inspection data, reports, photos, and videos you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant PipeView360 a limited license to store and display that content as necessary to provide the Service. We will not share your inspection data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Report Sharing and Payment Collection

PipeView360 provides tools for inspectors to share reports with clients and collect fees. PipeView360 is not responsible for disputes between inspectors and their clients regarding payment or report accuracy. Inspectors are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their inspection reports.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Service's operation. You must be a licensed or authorized sewer inspection professional to use the inspector features of the Service.

Base plan subscribers are subject to a 100-item rolling archive. Pro plan subscribers retain read-only access to archived reports for up to one year. Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PipeView360 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. PipeView360 inspection reports are tools to assist licensed inspectors and do not constitute legal, engineering, or professional advice.
