1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, company, phone), inspection data you enter (property addresses, observations, photos, videos), payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers), and usage data (login times, features used).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (report sharing, account activation, trial reminders), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Inspection Data
Inspection reports, photos, and videos are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Report sharing links are token-based and only accessible to recipients with the link. You control who receives report links and may set payment requirements before access is granted.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (file storage and CDN), and Anthropic (AI note generation — only observation text is sent, no personal identifying information). We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We use basic server-side analytics to monitor application performance.
6. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets with access controlled via signed URLs. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
7. Data Retention
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting support. Base plan subscribers are subject to a 100-item rolling archive for inspection jobs.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may export your inspection data by contacting support. You may opt out of non-transactional emails by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
9. Children's Privacy
PipeView360 is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
